SERVICEGAP is co-ordinated from Birmingham Business School, at the University of Birmingham, UK. Birmingham Business School (BBS) is a research-led institution and part of the University of Birmingham. It is a thriving and active community of around 100 academic staff who teach and engage in scholarship and research in a wide range of areas including industrial and labour economics and international management.
As well as overall co-ordination, The University of Birmingham is leading the work on WP2: Productivity drivers in service industries, and is contributing to WP1, WP3, and WP4.
